Q. HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE?
A. Our standard turnaround is 3 – 4 weeks from deposit and artwork sign off. Turnaround is dependent on the current workload, so if you have a deadline in mind or need an order completed sooner than our standard schedule allows please contact us before ordering and we will try our hardest to accommodate.
Q. WE HAVE OUR OWN CUSTOM DESIGN. IS IT POSSIBLE TO USE IT?
A. Yes of course! Please send through your artwork and ideas so we can take a look.
Q. CAN I CHOOSE MY OWN PRINT COLOURS?
A. Yes, you can choose up to two colours from our PMS colour chart. It’s virtually unlimited!
Q. CAN WE HAVE DIFFERENT COLOUR GARMENTS WITH DIFFERENT COLOUR PRINTS IN THE ONE ORDER?
A. Generally no. To keep prices low and minimize mix-ups all garment colours and print colours must remain uniform per order. However if this is important we are accommodating. Contact us with your request. This is priced on a case by case basis.
Q. HOW DO I WORK OUT MY SIZE?
A. Use our sizing chart adjacent to the garment you have chosen. If need be, we can also send you a size pack.
Q. WHAT IS THE GARMENT QUALITY LIKE?
A. We have conducted exhaustive searches and product testing to find the best of the bunch for Memory Threads. We understand how important it is to look and feel good in your custom wear, which is why we make sure our wardrobe can withstand the stresses of customisation and repeat wear and washing. Q. DO YOU DO INTERSTATE ORDERS?
A. We deliver custom garments to anywhere in Australia free of charge! We can even send orders to our Kiwi friends, delivery applies.
Q. HOW MUCH IS DELIVERY? CAN YOU SEND MY ORDER TO MY EVENT LOCATION?
A. We supply free delivery with tracking to any Australian address for orders consisting of 25 or more garments. Yes, we can send your garments to your event or location.
Q. DO YOU CHARGE FOR ARTWORK?
A. Our gallery of artwork is available free of charge. Generally a design of your own creation is also free of charge however if it requires more than one hour to prepare we will discuss an artwork fee.
Q. CAN WE CHOOSE WHERE TO HAVE THE DESIGN FEATURED ON THE GARMENT?
A. Yes. Print and embroidery placement is virtually unlimited, please talk to us to find out more.
Q. HOW MANY CHARACTERS CAN MY NICKNAME HAVE?
A. Due to the width of our garments, nicknames must fit within a 12 character limit – including spaces. This means that the phrase “Mighty Ducks” would be exactly 12 characters even though there are 11 letters: MIGHTY_DUCKS
You can choose your nickname to be made from uppercase and lowercase letters, numbers and symbols found on a regular keyboard.
Q. MAY I SEE SOME SAMPLES?
A. Yes, please contact us for a loan sample pack. All samples must be returned to us within two weeks. Please be aware that you will be charged for garments that become lost, damaged or not returned.
Q. WHEN DO I HAVE TO PAY FOR MY ORDER?
A. A 50% deposit is required for your order to commence. Payment in full is required prior to your order being dispatched to you. Unless prior arrangements are made.
Q. WHAT TRIPS DO YOU OFFER CUSTOMISED CLOTHING FOR?
