At Memory Threads we operate in an open and fair manner. We are here to offer the best possible service at very competitive rates.
FREE SCREEN PRINTING OR EMBROIDERY DECORATION*
This refers to decoration included in the price of your garment. All garments come with screen print or embroidery logo included. This included decoration is limited to one of the following,
– a one or two colour front position screen print.
– a pocket size (approximately 80mm diameter) Front position Embroidery decoration.
All other decoration will be priced accordingly.
PROOFS ARTWORK SIGN OFF
All orders must be approved in writing prior to work commencing. Errors found after artwork proofs have been approved are the responsibility of the customer. Unfortunately verbal approval is not acceptable. Once artwork has been approved and a deposit has been paid no further changes can be allowed, this includes any additions to the order. Please make sure you are 100% happy with your order before sending your approval.
Memory Threads take no responsibility for spelling mistakes or nicknames used once the artwork is approved. All approvals and/or changes will only be accepted in writing.
GUARANTEE
100% QUALITY SATISFACTION OR YOUR MONEY BACK!
Memory Threads’ money back guarantee covers you, the customer, should you be unsatisfied with the quality of garments or workmanship completed on your order.
We must be contacted in writing within 30 days from receipt of goods if you are not satisfied.
The entire order must be returned in an unused condition. Any use of garments deems that the order is accepted unless goods are deemed defective.
This guarantee does not cover change of mind or mistakes on artwork that has been signed off by the client.
Contact us as soon as possible if you have concerns.
MISTAKES/RETURNS
Thanks to our stringent artwork approval policy we are pleased to report that mistakes and errors are very rare.
If you believe there has been a mistake concerning your order you must contact Memory Threads as soon as possible.
If Memory Threads has made the mistake, we will endeavour to rectify the mistake as quickly as possible with no cost to you.
If the customer has made a mistake, we will also endeavour to fix the mistake as quickly as possible. However, the cost will be borne by the customer.
Any claims must be raised within 7 days of receiving goods. After 7 days it will be considered all goods are accepted and no further claims will be entered into. Any goods that have been used are considered accepted. Claims cannot be made on used goods.
QUOTES/PRICING
Only quotes made specifically to you in writing by Memory Threads will be deemed binding. Quotes are valid for 30 days unless specified otherwise.
All pricing, other than specific quotes to you, are subject to change without notice.
COLOURS
Printing colours are chosen from an industry standard PMS colour chart. We use an actual physical PMS colour swatch. It is your responsibility to check and confirm your colour choices.
We offer a link to an online version PMS colour chart. If you are using the online version please be aware that all computer monitors are calibrated differently and colour tones do vary from computer to computer.
PAYMENT
Memory Threads requires a minimum 50% payment of invoice total prior to commencing any work.
The outstanding amount is to be paid and cleared prior to your order being dispatched. Unless other arrangements have been made.
FREE GARMENT FOR THE ORGANISER
Memory Threads will include a free custom garment for the organiser/s in orders exceeding a total of 25 units. This means that an order of 25 garments will receive the 26th free. An order of 50 garments receives two free garments etc.
FREE DELIVERY
Memory Threads provides free standard delivery, including tracking, for all orders over 25 units to any Australian address, using a courier of our choice.
